Leadership Support

AnesthesiaCare provides leadership and support where it’s needed most: on-site. Our decentralized management structure allows us to develop local anesthesiology practices for each client under the clinical and administrative leadership of an on-site Anesthesiology Chief (AC). The AC provides local clinical and administrative leadership, serves as the primary liaison between the hospital administration, the medical staff and AnesthesiaCare, and sets professional and performance standards for the anesthesiology department.

AnesthesiaCare’s regional directors are experienced, well-trained professionals who provide individualized services that meet your needs. In conjunction with local ACs, regional directors work with hospital management to develop aligned goals for the hospital, anesthesiology department, physicians and CRNAs.

Our national management team comprises individuals with extensive experience managing anesthesiology and other medical programs at hospitals and healthcare facilities across the country. Their combined expertise ensures our clients receive services that meet or exceed their expectations.
